Find out more about the Family Fun Day at a meeting on 20 August

Family Fun Day graphicWith the Wood Street Family Fun Day fast approaching, the organisers are holding an meeting for volunteers, stallholders, entertainers and anyone else interested in the event.

It takes place on Weds 20 August 2014 from 8 – 9 pm at St Gabriel’s Family Centre, Havant Road E17 3JF. If you have any questions at all about the event or the work, or are curious to find out more, do come along.

AND we need one or two more volunteers for the Fun Day itself, which (as we hope you know) takes place on Saturday 30 August in the Wood Street Plaza. We could do with some extra hands for the set-up between 9:30 and 11:30. And we would also appreciate offers of help with taking down equipment after 4 pm. If you think you can help, please contact.

Finally, look out for details of the line-up here in the next week or so.
