Event Equipment Loan
What a good idea it would be if you could borrow the equipment you need for a community event at a small fraction of what it normally costs to hire or buy it. If all you had to do is make a small donation and then get started on organising your event so your community group or project can raise funds to keep you going.
We had that idea and now we offer that service:

Wood Street First provides a community event equipment loaning service.
Who is this for?
It’s for any local not for profit community group or project
What is it for?
It’s to assist local not for profit community groups to be able to put on local community events and raise funds and gain support for their community group or projects.
How does it work?
You just email woodstreetfirst@hotmail.com tell us about your community group or project. Tells us about your proposed event and if you meet our criteria we will send you all the information on the equipment we have for your event and the equipment loan application form so you can book the equipment you need. We are able to give all types of advice and guidance on organising a community event regardless of whether it’s a small Table Top Sale, Street Party or a much larger Community Event.
