Wood Street First is inviting applications from local community groups for funding to improve the lives of local people. A total of £5,624 is available this year, with a maximum of £2,500 for each project.

Projects need to address one or more of our five priorities. Projects need to focus on Wood Street ward. Projects also need to be able to match our funding pound-for-pound with funding from other sources, and/or with resources in kind (such as donated goods or volunteer time).

Applications need to be submitted in hard copy (not email) and must be submitted by Monday 25th June. The postal address is on the form.

The Wood Street First panel is meeting on Tuesday 26th June to decide which projects will be funded.

This is the first round of funding. Wood Street First is planning to make further funding available.
