The Summer Fayre: all you need to know

event posterWe are pleased to announce two of the great acts who will be performing at the Wood Street Summer Fayre on the Bank Holiday Saturday.

Tina T – who is Wood Street born and bred – will be joining us, following her appearance at last weekend’s Chingford Big Weekender.

And rocker Ronnie King will also be taking the stage.

Alongside the music, song and dance, there will also be giant inflatables (again!), a funfair ride, market, food and refreshment stalls, and a basketball shootout. And we are hearing rumours of something rather special at one point in the afternoon.

As already announced, Wood Street Walls will be working with local people to create an amazing artistic tribute to a local hero. And of course the late summer sun is guaranteed to shine on us all afternoon.

Saturday 29 August 2015
2 – 6pm
at the Wood Street Plaza

We do hope you will join us.

Feel free to download the event poster (A4 size, pdf format) to print out and share with friends/post on your front door.

We are grateful to East Thames HomesCentral Estate Agents and Waltham Forest Council for their support for this event.
